The Amman Marathon, held on Friday, October 4th, 2024, was a resounding success, with students from grades 7-12 participating in the 10 km race. This exciting event, organized in partnership with Run Jordan, not only promoted wellness and volunteerism but also allowed students to earn ACT hours. Participants gathered at 7:30 a.m. in the MAS High School lobby before making their way to the starting line at King Hussein Sports City. The atmosphere was filled with enthusiasm as runners crossed the finish line at the iconic Roman Theatre. With pick-up organized at school from 1:00 to 1:20 p.m., the marathon provided an empowering experience that encouraged students to embrace a healthy lifestyle and connect with their community.
